Villas Mercedes is a charming hotel that invites you to enjoy Zihuatanejo in peace and comfort. It has nine independent units surrounding a courtyard with a pool surrounded by a beautiful garden, a palapa, a kitchen and a barbecue area, creating a pleasant atmosphere to relax after a day at the beach.
We are on quiet Adelita Street, just 80 meters from La Madera Beach. From here you can enjoy restaurants, markets and local services a few steps away, and walk to downtown Zihuatanejo.

How close is the hotel to the beach?
We are on Adelita Street, 80 meters from La Madera Beach, in Zihuatanejo's hotel zone. Restaurants, shops and services are just steps away.
What is near the hotel?
La Madera Beach is 80 meters away. Downtown Zihuatanejo and La Ropa Beach are about a 10-minute walk, and Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport is about a 20-minute drive.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm.
Do the rooms have a kitchen?
Eight of our nine rooms have a kitchenette with microwave, stovetop, fridge, toaster and coffee maker. Room 1 has no kitchenette.
Do rates include taxes?
Yes. All rates are per room per night, in Mexican pesos, and include 16% VAT and 4% lodging tax.
Are pets allowed?
No. Out of consideration for all our guests, pets are not allowed.

Cancellations
- Cancellations must be communicated to us directly.
- 30 days or more before arrival: 100% refund (minus the banks' 5% commission).
- Between 0 and 29 days: no right to a refund.
Date changes
Accepted with 15 days or more notice. Not accepted with less than 15 days' notice.
No refund
- For early departure.
- For no-shows without notice.
- For reservations not paid in full by the set date.

- We do not accept large group reservations.
- We do not accept pets.
- Holy Week, long weekends, Christmas and New Year require a minimum stay; ask when requesting a quote.
